5e1ec6b08d fix(DB/Creature): Bael'dun Digsite mob flags fixed (#8069) 
Issue: Mobs at Bael'dun Digsite were incorrectly flagging players for pvp.
Faction now matches other ally friendly horde quest NPCs.

Players should not be able to roll on items they already have.
This commit removes that.
