Deckard 535d062bc3 Add PUID/PGID environment variables 
- Add PUID=1001 and PGID=1000 variables to match working deployment pattern
- Add SHARING_USER variable for reference
- Maintain backward compatibility with CONTAINER_USER variables
- Prepares for simplified user mapping approach
