d2f401b47d BG\A Adjustment and World Adjustments 
BG\Arena adjustment and world adjustments.
With concerns of the detection counts being high for teleport per a report, we increase the diff to 500 for the world and keep the 50 for bg\arenas.

9bdd2226b0 report teleport hack specifically after auto report account is hit 
this is to reduce false flags warnings early in the play session.

Will alert when teleport hack is possibly being used. since no one is going to tele hack over 70 times for a auto report to kick in.

3bd91e16c4 Update water walking hack detection 
Updated water walking detection, as with all things false positives are still a thing but we got actual detections being logged of sorts. Removed unused voids from header files and whitespace changes

e66fd63878 Climb Hack Angle Imrpoved reportability. 
Adjusted angle should increate the reportibility of the climb wall hack from 10% to 70%.
