* fix(DB) Added missing emote text for text 12690
- Male text was missing for Quel'dorei Ghosts/Wraiths
- Closes #19480

* added sql statement

* Changed implementation from broadcast_text to creature_text

* Added comment for quick explanation

* Added new line after SQL statement as per request in comments

* changing comments so sql check hopefully passes

* changed from delete and insert into single update

* Update rev_1722505977523322600.sql
