41d0b7032c fix(DB/SAI): phasing after reward for "Return To Angrathar" (#1747) 
- cleanup phasing after the quest "Return To Angrathar" is rewarded
- add correct phasing for areas "Fordragon Hold" and "Kor'kron Vanguard"
- let the Fleeing Horde / Alliance Soldiers run around and cower in fear (the old SAI did not work correctly, the soldiers were only walking around)

* set orientation of the Taunka Soldiers to face Roanauk and let them kneel before him

* let the Taunka Soldiers return to their home position after the event ends
* prevent Overlord Agmar to get stuck waiting for the player to talk to Roanauk; Overlord Agmar will now return to his home position after 3 minutes
