fix(DB/Gameobject): Improve spawns positions of 180867 `Greater Moonlight Spell Focus`

- sync these with sniffed spawns of creature 15897 `Large Spotlight`
- fun fact: these gameobjects do not show in sniffs at all
-> so probably the currently implemented mechanism at the spotlight
   is not blizzlike or classic change or something
