fix(Scripts/ZulGurub): Mandokir's Threatening Gaze. (#12095)
* fix(Scripts/ZulGurub: Mandokir's Threatening Gaze. Boss can melee attack while casting. Boss charges after the debuff run out. Guillotine is casted on hit rather than on launch.
