fix(DB): Improved Lord Kragaru and gameobjects (#9904)

* trying to fix gameobjects not despawning via SAI

* reverting change until dynamic spawn is a thing

* fix(DB): Improved Lord Kragaru and gameobjects

- Improved SmartAI for **Lord Kragaru**
- Improved SmartAI for **Sperpent Statue**
- Implemented SmartAI for **Naga Beam** missing gameobject
