Subject: [PATCH] fix(DB/SAI): "Attack on the Tower" Quest - Incorrect NPC
 Spawn Behaviour (#6986)

Quest Attack on the Tower missing scripts after open Trelane's Footlocker, Trelane's Chest, Trelane's Lockbox. Mobs don't attack players.
