Subject: [PATCH] fix(DB/Spell): Link triggered Shattrath flask effects to
 flask aura and proper area. (#20122)

* Init.

* Add Bloodberry Elixir link.

* Update `spell_area` entries.

* Add root spell, toggle autocast for area effects.
